Table './d60473193/jos_session' is marked as crashed and last (automatic?) repair failed SQL=INSERT INTO jos_session ( `session_id`,`time`,`username`,`gid`,`guest`,`client_id` ) VALUES ( '071e4c6ca07136f2ad6ab24d9e5f5188','1216243800','','0','1','0' )

I'm thinking its a MySQL Database but am not to sure, it's running Joomla.

Can someone let me know in plain English please?

Error happened with storing data associated with Joomla sessions.
Yes, it's MySQL.

and I suggest you don't use Joomla

Select your jos_session table on your database "d60473193".

Repair the jos_session table.
