I'm 17 years old. I come to my Grandma's house every summer, for about three weeks. Next door to my Grandma, lives this "family".
I say "family" like that, because they are a bit broken. The mom is almost never there, so the two daughters are basically left to their own vices, a lot.
Therefore, my Grandma has been stepping in to help them for most of their lives. Taking them on shopping trips.
They are 14, and 11. They are nice kids. My Grandma tells me to be nice to them, but Sometimes, I get a little annoyed, because when I come to my Grandma's, they come to the house everyday, and come everywhere with us. Basically, they consider themselves a part of the family. They call her Grandma as well, and tell everyone that she is their grandmother, and that we are cousins.
I have family problems too. I need my grandmother sometimes too. And yes, admittedly, I'm not a very nice person. I COULD be a bit friendlier.
My Grandma lives where she lives year round, so why do they need to bug her when I am here?
Sometimes, I just want them to leave us alone. I know they need love and attention, but they seem to forget that my grandma has a family of her own as well.
