I don't agree. We have 34 mods. 176 Support Leaders. Of which 31 are tech. 7 tech mods = 4.42 TSLs per TSL Mod.

But that leaves us with 145 Peer SLs. Between 34 moderators that's 4.26 SLs per mod. Excluding the solely TSL Mods, We have 31 PSL Mods, That's 4.6 PSLs per mod. I'd say that many SLs isn't too hard to handle.

I kind of like Jareds idea. But I'd simply prefer to remove moderation powers from SLs. Then the role will be about providing support again. Which seems to have disappeared ...

I know, but it should count for something in the little, I have three members who I have helped, but they came to me mainly because they knew I was an SL.

How about we divide the current support leader status into the original Support Leader status with the ability to reply to eHelps and suchlike, and some sort of sub-moderator status, with the ability to delete posts and suchlike?
