It isn't reasonable to say that women shouldn't fight because it isn't feminine. It is reasonable to say that you should be able to hit back if attacked by a female.

I believe that the "guys can't hit girls" rule is unreasonable, since every person should have a right to self-defense. However, anyone who delivers the first blow should be at fault, male or female. Also, anyone who easily overpowers the other and does so just to inflict more pain should be at fault as well. So I agree with you that nobody should fight.
However, girls are human just like guys, and in extreme circumstances are prone to lose their temper and get aggressive, just like anyone else. The guy should have the right to hit back for the reason of defense, but NOT because the girl is throwing away her "delicate femininity."

Yeah anyone can fight including girls. There's nothing wrong with girls learning how to fight and sparring and stuff. No one should attack someone else unless in self defense though.

It's completely ignorant that you think that the guy would deserve being hit no matter what. I'd hit a girl to defend myself. Hell, I consider my safety more important than being a gentleman. It's disrespectful to hit ANYONE, not just a girl.
I know. I'm saying that IF the guy deserved it... Like if he said something nasty, than that gives her ever right to give him a little slap. He shouldn't slap her back for that though. Now if it's pull blown punching and stuff, then heck, go for it. If she deserves it she should know it.

I don't really agree. Deserving is an opinion and physical abuse is hardly justifiable by an opinion. If you're going to qualify men as more capable of fighting than women, that's one thing. But if a less capable entity struck, that shouldn't mean that the more capable one shouldn't retaliate...same with countries, if a small country attacked the US, the US shouldn't hesitate to attack back even if it was a little attack that was "deserved." And I doubt a girl would admit to deserving hits, even if she threw the first blows. It's more likely that she'd get the guy in trouble for it due to the double standard.
