So yeah it 1:40 am here in the lovely country that is northern ireland (haha oh thats funny lol)

anyway im wide awake yet again for the seventh night in a row....i had insomia, most nights i lie awake in bed from 11 or 12 till 6 in the morning then i get up for work...if im lucky i'll get 2 hours sleep at the most, then after that goes on for so long (usually 7-10 day) i sleep one night throough then the cycle starts again.

So tonigt im filling my time in with livewire and bad nightime tv while i lie in bed....fun

I WANT TOO SLEEP!!!!!!!!

there's no point in me taking sleeping pills cause i'd have to take them every night to get me to sleep then the'd stop havingany effect on me then i'd be back where i started....and ive been to the doctors they werent any help.
