Haha, I was actually being sarcastic. Remember, if it sounds like nigger, looks like nigger, and is used like nigger, it doesn't automatically mean it's a synonym for the word nigger. Niggard:

1. an excessively parsimonious, miserly, or stingy person.
-adjective
2. niggardly; miserly; stingy.
The word niggard has its roots from Norwegian. It is not related in any way to "niger," the Latin word for black, from which nigger is derived from. Abs is mainly poking fun at the fact that people get so upset about the use of the word niggard when it's a perfectly legitimate word in the English language that has no connections to the forbidden N word.
