i need to get back up to 115. from 82. am 5'8. this sucks. not my choice but everyone is going spare with me cuz apparently i gotta be put on the ward again. furrk. :| do any of you know how i can gain it... but... not show it?

Im 5"6 and weigh 124 currently but would LOVE to get down to 110.
Most of my weight is on my thighs and hips.
If it wasnt for them I would be bordering an American size 0 but dont worry all you anti anorexia buffs out there, I am healthy and eat way too much for my own good. Ive always been super athletic so I guess that is why im not fat.
My legs have been neglected since working full time :(
