ugh, I am in so much pain...I have the stomach flu, so my stomach is sore. And last night, I had a swim meet, and the pool was 33 yards instead of 25 yards, so I had to swim 2X as hard; and when I was diving I hit my leg, which now looks like I have second knee because it is so swollen! ahh, I wish I felt better. :(
