To begin with I have a small frame and sme people think i have an eating disorder which i dont until now i think i getting one, i been working out alot lately and getting really toned, and i have stop eatting alot and say im not hungry so i dont have to eat. I do still eat but not enough. My sister told me i need to eat so i dont end of getting sick meaning geting a eating disorder, she had told me that she could lose the weight beacuse she needs too but i dont. but i like my results. Im not sure what to do now.

You just really need to balance out your diet. If your eating good portions, you'll be eating more, and by keeping your food healthy you'll keep from gaining excess weight. also make your excercise more regular

well maybe you should just not wory about losing weight. if you like your frame than good but you shouldn't make it worse by not eating. eat 3 times a day.

well if you feel like you have a problem and its getting out of hand, talk to someone. if youre just trying to be healthier, eat small, well-portioned meals. dont let it get out of hand though, eating disorders can be deadly.
