Cutting is awful, I know it's probably not easy to stop, and your friend isn't making life easier... but things happen. It may not seem like this now, but in the future as you both mellow and mature past whatever episode made him/her not want to talk to you any more, it'll actually make you close to one another. It'll be another story to talk about. Kind of a weird, random offering, but I live in Vermont and my phone is on 24/7 and I barely ever sleep... if you need to talk to a complete stranger who won't judge, just message me.
