it takes a whole lot of energy, but i can do it sometimes. i just started college & i guess some stuff has been getting me down so my self-confidence is low.
how do i bring it back up and just become more social? for those who have gone through this?

yes it does take energy. find people you think are worth the effort first, and then start trying harder with these people specifically. do not try to be social around everyone especially those you are not interested in, its a waste of energy

the best way to is start with ur roomates and people in your dorm and dont stress about it. The more you stress the more your gonna act standoffish... Join a group.... Not a sorority unless u love the drama and wanna be a hoe.... most of them at least.... but just relax and it will come
