Yes.
But I don't wanna tell anyone. I know it means he's still out there & other people are in danger but I can't bring myself to tell my mum & I don't know how to go to the police myself, well I do, I just don't want to.

I know you may not want to, but you have to.  This person is still out there, and you need to teach them a listen.  There's a chance that he may hurt someone else.  I know you're scared, but think of all the people you may be able to help.  Try calling 911, and telling them what's happened, and ask for a squad car to drive to your house and take you to get samples.  

You will have to testify in court, but I don't think you'd have to tell your story.  You will have to tell your story a few times to the police, but they're just trying to get as much information as possible because sometimes rapists like to use the same "techniques" over and over again - it helps them get closer to whoever did it.  

Also I suggest telling your mother.  This is a big thing, and can cause you to become depressed.  With her support, you'll be able to get through such an emotional time.  

Now, I know that you're scared, but you have to keep in mind that this is not your fault.  You did not choose to get raped, so don't blame yourself.  You had no control over what happened.  However, you can take control by calling the police and having them find whoever did it, and locking them up.
