How are you arguing there is a problem with how we lock topics? I have explained it to you several times.

The conversation between you and that member can continue in another topic.

Instead of deleting so many posts, we just lock it and move on.

1) I've explained the problem several times, it is you who doesn't get it. Or doesn't want to.

2) No it can't. When someone locks your topic I really doubt you make another one and go, "Everybody go over here when you get back online!"

3) Or instead of locking it and getting in a huge argument you could just delete the posts and move on, or ask two support leaders to. As I said, SL's absolutely live for that shit.

1) I don't think mods care about your opinion much through the amount you are a whiny little bitch, they are also repeating the same things to you, but since you disagree with them you must be right, because you are bearrsy bitch.

2) If people give much of a rats ass about your topic they will go find a new one or message you about it, doesn't take much to click "Profile, Topics."

3) Moderators live for arguments, we moderate in the ways we do because it works, it works to lock it and end the topic. You can create a new one if you care enough about it.

I think a lot of times  you guys just see me as arguing that you're singling me out or whatever and so you counter-argue "That's how it always works!" when I'm really arguing that there's a problem with the way you do this.

Just because you don't agree with the the site guidelines, or you say the misconduct doesn't affect you, it doesn't mean you are right at all.

In the year + I was a moderator we always moderated on issues like these, and before that I always saw it moderated like that.

Its not the moderators fault that you are involved in a lot of shit which happens that you don't agree with or like to whine about. You've been here a long time ago and I think its about time you kick your brain into gear and pay attention to what is going on.

I never said that's why I'm right, I'm right because of the fact that it's easier and more fair to delete the derailed replies and ban those people from posting in the thread. They're less likely to post in a new thread, yes, but so is everyone else in the old thread.

"It's always been that way" is a shit argument.

I'm not saying it's the mods fault, it's the guidelines fault. You guys are reading what I'm saying all wrong.

Why'd you step down from being a mod anyway?

Maybe it would be better, but it wouldn't be the same one. Haven't you ever become frustrated when arguments you're in get locked?

Complaining is often progressive.

I won't move on, why don't you gtfo my topic if you don't want to read this?

Yes, it is frustrating, but the rule that the moderators enforce is clear, whining about it is not going to make a difference. Your topic won't be an exception to their moderation style, and complaining about it won't get you anywhere except this topic being locked too.

I never said I don't want to read this, just that you have to move on and understand that this stuff happens even though it's not your fault and that it is detrimental to you.

It is not easier to ban people from the thread and delete replies. SLs are only supposed to delete replies which have slipped the net when it was first introduced.

"It's always been that way is a shit argument", well, it works fantastically and there is no problem with it.

I stepped down for personal reasons.

I'm not using "IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN THAT WAY" as my sole argument. The way I have explained countless times is a efficient way to moderate, and that is why we have been doing it like this for so long.

2) Me and her have had each other blocked for a while lol.

3) If it worked so well there wouldn't be so many complaints.  It could definitely be improved.

I don't think there is any point in replying to any more of your posts in here as you won't listen, absorb points made and take it in. You will always argue in this topic and never give up, you always love to be right and love being an attention whore.

You disagree with it, but its done like that, it works, there will always be people who complain about things from time to time. There are 1000s of moderator actions taken each week, all of them sound, one or two which  get reversed because of mistakes.

You're wasting the time of moderators and getting absolutely no-where yet you seem to think this might yield you a positive result.
