sometimes i feel bad about laughing at their problems, but when i think about how their worst issues involve buying new flip flops from sweatshop supporting companies because the ones they own now don't fucking match anything in their closet and/or their parents canceling their cell phones because they broke what they consider to be an arbitrary rule yet is actually very sensible, i can't help but think about the children who don't have parents to care about them and the people who don't have shoes to throw away at their leisure. and the totally overwhelming contrast just makes me laugh. like, i can rationalize commenting about how it upsets you, but when people make such a BIG FUCKING DEAL over the stupidest shit, i want to put babies in blenders and force-feed their mangled little bodies to these fuckasses i once called my friends.
