calling some stupid 16 year old kid a 'sexual predator' could be potentially very damaging and really is used out of context.  

its fair to use the term in extreme cases where it appears like a much older person is soliciting sex in a serious manner

I disagree, here's why. I found one member actually requesting sexually explicit photos of a member on a brand new account on more than one occasion. I reported them and they were banned. In this case clearly the sole intention was for attention and to solicit noods. Considering either way it's against the guidelines why not ban them? It's not like they're bringing anything useful to LiveWire.

So if someone is actually banned with reasoning 'sexual predator' it was pretty dumb statement.

I don't see a problem with switching sexually predatory behavior with something like 'continued to try and solicit sexual material' or something thereof, it's really an euphemism though.
Maybe I could use "inappropriately horny" as a DoSS, that would be funny.
