I don't think they should be dishing out money to whites, like we're doing to Africa and other nonwhite societies. Nobody should be giving out free money if there is no hope at all for it. We can't speak fluent Spanish to speak to the rest of the population. I'm sure if you were in Osceola for a long time, you would know how it was for Hispanics when they FIRST came here in smaller numbers. They weren't hated or anything, but they damn well weren't getting jobs. They lived in the shitty homes or box-apartments almost all the time. You may think this is racially/culturally influenced, but it isn't.

Spanish? Actually, I've met one Spanish person in Central Florida, and he doesn't speak a word of Spanish. His Grandparents, on one side, are from Spain, and the others are Polish.
The other thing is that his PARENTS don't even speak Spanish OR Polish. Hmmm....

But, if you want to know WHY they're getting the job, it's because white is now alien in this part of the USA. We aren't the norm, and we are discriminated against, no matter how hard that is to understand.

No, I don't. I DON'T see them as managers of "big businesses". There are no Osceola-based major businesses around. Business are rarely anything but White/Jewish owned. The workers, on the other hand, are a different story.

The only businesses I can think of that are Hispanic owned are their restaurants or specific Latin American stores, which I'd expect from them.
