A day in my life
A sky of often-grey
A never-lifting cloud
An endless fall of rain A bout of shining sun
Playing peek-a-boo
Between clearing clouds
Hope alight, day anew
Burning craving to be accepted
An overpowering desire
Within confinements of my heart and soul
To be normal I aspire
Scars litter body
Both inside my heart and out
Missing puzzle piece
Produce feeling of self-doubt
Head high and true
Pride and dignity remain
A small smile creeps across my face
Life, a gift; lived not in vain
Through all the twists and turns
The corners and dead-ends
A bow must be untied
As nothing else contends
The rain will clear
The sun I know will shine
Life is never easy, just worth it
But to live, it is mine

Just a random poem I wrote.

Life is really like a box of chocolates
Some of us are left with the turkish delights
