I don't want to look like some psychopath who's crazy in love with her or that my world revolves around her. I don't want it to be a love letter either...

I want it to be something that will touch her...shes not a slut, shes quiet and shes clever. Sweet things will get to her.

I'm afraid of one thing though. Once I hand her that letter...its out of my hands and anyone can see it...

Also I don't want to hand her a novel, just something short...and I want to hand it to her with confidence of what has been written in there...

This wont be done over night, I ant to put a couple of months effort into it, b/c its unlikely Ill see her for a few weeks unless I go looking for her.

How about first starting off by apologizing for the way you have/had been acting and say that you changed and are a better person now. Next, just say that you think she is special and would really appreciate if she'd consider you two being friends again because you'd really like to have her back in your life. Say simple things that show you care. I'm pretty sure you know how to not go over board.

Is that good or would you like it a bit longer?

Just say that you think she's a really nice person who is super sweet/special and that you'd like to be friends with her. Can you kind of lengthen that out some? I mean letters don't need to be too long to get the message across to someone. Sometimes just short and simple will do the job.
