I would make my feelings known to the both of them in a calm civil manner. Maybe this is a good time to move onward and upward. If they are happy together I would do my best to respect their decision. Don't waste too much time being upset. I would give yourself time to vent it out (naturally) and then move on.

Yes, you should be mad. Tell her that you don't think it's right and you. Tell her that you still have feelings for your ex and it doesn't seem right if she goes out with him. Also tell her that as a friend, it isn't a nice thing to do by going with your ex. You know he's your past but you're still in 'love' with him in a way. Ask her if she could do you a favor and not go out with him. If she continues, end your relationship with her. I know it may be hard but think about it; I don't think she would want you going out with her ex-boyfriend if you were her and vice versa. Her going out with your ex was a backstabbing move.
