Shouldn't be. 95% of the time, he makes excellent moderation decisions. I very rarely disagree with his decisions. These two bans are the only exceptions which come to mind.

As a moderator you guys should implement a rule that there is no room for failure. Humans make mistakes but moderators do not.

That way all moderators can be considered superhuman.
