Hello, I jsut started out a computer science course and i need help with the program. When i click 'tools' and then click 'external tools' it should say something to make my program run on the command prompt but there are no options at all. Please help me!

yo i'm taking AP Comp Sci this year as well.

what program are you using...?

and if you have java installed, and add the java bin to your path (assuming windows) and you can compile/run by using javac/java commands from the prompt.
