i've gained 2" on my waist and i can feel the fat everywhere, its disgusting. i can't do anything about it, they notice when i don't eat and my mom insists on cleaning my room everyday so i can't hide it. please help... i don't know what to do, i can't stand being inside this so-called body anymore...
