But...my ex. We were kinda on and off for a LONG time. And well....i loved her. I dont think she knows I loved her. In fact, half the time, i hide it from myself. We both want eachother, but life went on. We never tried ahrd enough. Then my girlfriend came, and she got a girlfriend..and just....theres still some feelings there.
We wont hang out with eachother, wont even look at eachother or be in the same area because the feelings are so strong.
I dont know what to do. Im so lost.

If you felt this strongly about your current gf you wouldn't give a hoot about your ex.  Its a security blanket for you or she will do if I can't have my ex.

I would suggest that you take a break with your current and tell your ex exactly how you feel.  This is the only honorable thing to do and if it works out you will still be capable of looking yourself in the mirror.  

Dishonesty in a relationship is a formula for total failure.
