So in a nutshell. I have been dating this girl pretty regularly. She tells me that shes really into me and I feel the same. We connect really well yady yady yady. Anyways she has a so called (Ex) who she recently broke up with. Unfortunately she lies to me about situations and ends up at his house (2nd time) i.e she says something came up and she can't hang out. yet, me being a nosey nelson checks things out and she ends up at her ex's house. I have talked to her about lieing to me and she says she wont do it again but of course like everything nature has a way of repeating itself. I know I should drop her like a bad habit but I like her to much and keep trying to convince myself that things will work out....I was wondering if anyone had some input on the situation. her ex is a real D-bag and she has been in abusive relationships before so I think she may be afraid to let go???? who knows...welp...hit me up with some advice.

I'd speak with her straight forward.. I'd tell her that I'm tired of all the lying bullshit and that I haven't got time for bullshit in my life. She either has to choose you or the ex, simple as that.

the fact that she has been lying to you is bad enough.. If I were on that situation I'd probably break off with her.. but it's your choice if you want a gf cheating on you.

If you want to be a doormat then accept her cheating. If you don't want to be respected then don't say a thing. She doesn't respect you or she wouldn't do it. She doesn't love you as much as him or she wouldn't do it.

Either give her a strong ultimatum to stop lying and cheating or it's over. Do you have the balls to do that?

You can stay with her all you want, but...Ask her whats going on. Why is she going to her ex-boyfriends house when she has you? That doesn't see very nice, does it? I think you're avoiding the truth because its hurting you. I know that you may really love this girl but that doesn't stop her from cheating. I don't know for sure, but people just don't go over their exes house just to hangout. If her ex was really abusive, and she left him before she obviously made a choice to go back. Talk to her about it. Thats not right and you deserve to know whats going on.
