If you had unprotected sex, you could be pregnant. Pulling out is NOT a reliable method. If you're going to be sexually active, I highly suggest talking to your doctor about birth control to help prevent pregnancy. However, birth control won't do anything about STDs so you're always best off using birth control and condoms together to help prevent pregnancy. Yes, you could be pregnant from that method. If it was less than 72 hours ago, you can take the morning after, or plan B, pill to help prevent pregnancy. It's more effective the sooner you take it.
If it was more than 72 hours ago, then all you can do is wait and see. The earliest pregnancy test won't detect pregnancy until 3 days before your missed period. I would suggest waiting and seeing if you get your period. If you miss it, grab a test and find out for sure. If it's positive, go to your doctor to get the pregnancy confirmed.
If you aren't pregnant, I suggest going to your doctor to discuss birth control to keep this from happening again.
