I recently downloaded firefox 3, and since then I have been completely unable to download ANYTHING.  Whenever I try to download something, or even save something, it says the download was blocked by my security settings.  I checked my internet security settings, and just to try and get it to work I set everything as allow/enable, and changed everything so it was enabled.  I never had this problem with firefox 2 and the minute I download 3, nothing will download.  I've gone on the firefox site and haven't found anything that even points to my problem.  I've gone to tech support sites and haven't found anything that will help.

I can't download it.  Firefox will not let me download ANYTHING.  Not even Firefox updates.

Does it look like FF is blocking the downloads or Windows? Someone else was actually having this problem before. I can't remember if/how he resolved it.

That's the message I get, I've allowed my firewall full access for Firefox, it just won't download ANYTHING.

If you search for that error message in Google you get a ton of hits.

This thread looks promising. Try looking through it and following their suggestions.
