i know it's probably part of me being a bit depressed... but sometimes i feel like i want to show all my feelings just to irritate and disturb people, like when i'm having a day where i have low self esteem and i act upset, i actually LIKE the negative reactions i get, i know it sounds really bad but when i'm insecure..i actually like to see people looking at me negativly and i actually want them to judge me just so they will feel bad about themselves later on. i think it's a revenge thing because i always feel so misunderstood all the time, i actually want to inflict guilt and i don't know why. how can i stop these mind games???
