my keyboard on my laptop is not working..it was fine earlier and all of a sudden its locked or something.  i didn't do anything to break it.  i went into the keyboard properties in control panel and it says 'connected to keyboard port' what does that mean?  also a message popped up and said 'disabled your touchpad because it found another pointing device on your computer.' fuck!

You have a loose wire in your laptop. If you read your laptop manual it should show you how to take the keyboard out. When you take the keyboard out just follow the wire and make sure you have a good connection (push it in obviously just to make sure).
