So every time i try to print something my computer wont let me. It shows a screen that tells me to re-connect or restart my computer or printer. And even though i do that it doesn't work. Ive taken it to the shop and it worked for about 2 weeks then crashed again and i cant afford to send it in again so please someone help I'm desperate for HELP:((

You have to have your printer set up to where it reads your printer.

Reinstall the drivers (usually on a CD that came with it, or available on Mfg. website) with the printer disconnected. Then reconnect the printer.
