What can Mac do for me that Windows can't? |

I have a cheapo laptop with Windows and it works just fine and Im totally pleased with it. But I see how sleek a Macbook is and... I really want one. But thats just it. My cheapo laptop works ok for me. No viruses, it works quickly enough... and for my uses for it, its good. I just want a Mac cus look its cool. Im going to college and Im thinking of whether I should stay loyal to my laptop or get a new Macbook. So what do you all think? What can a Macbook do for me that Windows cant?
O and this is anon because I dont like being patronised like I was last time I asked something

Because you can make movies on imovie, make and record songs on garage band, and take sweet pictures on photobooth. 
macs can get viruses, just as easily as windows machines can....the difference is nobody would write a virus to infect 10 people when they can write one to infect 10,000.
