Okay so I was walking my dog the other day and normally I go into the park but there was a football tournament there and my dog plus footballs isn't the best combination, so I went across the road to this flower garden to walk him. I've drawn a picture, mostly because I'm bored, but also so you know where I was :)

So I walked into the garden from the road and there was a man standing at the gap in the hedge. I thought he was moving his hand, but his pants were up so I just assumed it was mme being stupid. Still I felt uncomfortable because I could see him watching me so I walked behind the trees around the flower beds up to the other end of the garden where the tarmac circle is. I was there for probably about 5/10 minutes. As I was there I could still see the guy, he looked like he was almost hiding behind the hedge but his head was sticking out, like he was watching me.

After a while I saw a girl walk through the garden from my end towards his. When she walked through the gap in the hedge I saw he'd gone so I thought that it must have been my imagination and he had just been standing there randomly. So I walked down to the main part of the garden where I could let my dog properly run around.

After being there for about 5 minutes I looked down towards the other end and saw the guy there again lying down on the tarmac circle. He was lying on his side facing me and again I thought he was moving his hand, but his pants were again definitely up. I got really really freaked out and I just thought if I'm uncomfortable I better leave. I called my dog over and the exact second I put the lead on my dog and turned around I looked back and the guy was getting up.

I got really freaked out and pretty much ran home and I was was looking over my shoulder the whole time. Was I right to be freaked out? Or am I just being paranoid?

Just because she was the reason I saw he'd gone.

I would have freaked and demanded to know what the fuck he was doing. Knowing my luck, it would have been completely innocent.

Pop into your local police station and tell them what you saw, just so they can keep their eye out.
