Well here if they are Spanish they'd be counted as "white other". If they have native american components it would be "other mixed" and if they have black componenets it would be "black and white mixed".
Hispanic is not really a race in itself after all. Its a continuum of different mixed groups from white to native with some african in there as well. But I think it unlikely to have any of them here, I would be surprised if many native americans or their mixed offsprings live in rural wales, though perhaps a few somewhere.
