To me, it seems like America is the only country facing that issue. I can't name any other country that is having issues with people not learning their language, and ignoring the native culture.

There are many foreigners (mostly whites) who come to live (mostly retirees) in our country and not even try to learn one of the languages. But we don't complain. It's not only in America.
