Because their subjectivity has nothing to do with how we treat them. When it comes to right and wrong, subjective and objective are often treated the same. You know this. Why try and convince someone that the death penalty is wrong, or war is wrong, or that raping prisoners is wrong, or torture is wrong? All of these things are ultimately subjective.

14. That (is the award) so taste it, and (know) that for disbelievers is the torment of the Fire.

15.0 you who believe! When you meet those who disbelieve in battle, turn not your backs to them.

16- Whoso on that day turns his back to them, unless maneuvering for battle or intending to join a company, he truly has incurred wrath from Allah, and his habitation will be hell, a hapless journey's end.

17. You (Believers) slew them not, but Allah slew them. And you (Muhammad) did not throw when you threw, but Allah threw, that He might test the believers by a fair test from Him. Truly Allah is Hearer, Knower.
