i overeat all the time. like, lately, i've been staying up until 5 in the morning. right now it's 3:30. i was fine and i was going to go to sleep, but i turned on the tv, and then i wanted food after just laying there. so i ate a half of a roll of cookie dough, and i made 2 ham and cheese wraps with butter, and i heated them up and i just ate all of that. i tried throwing it up, but it didn't work, and i feel like i need to thrwo up. i'm so stuffed, and i kept eating the second wrap even though i was so full already. i feel so sick. how can i stop myself from eating like that?!?! like, going for a walk, or finding a distraction won't work at 3am, because there's nothing i can do. and don't tell me to just go to sleep, because i won't be able to until really late, because of my sleep schedule. how can i stop the early morning cravings? i tried eating a mint so that i don't want anything else, but i ended up getting addicted to starlight mints, and now i eat them just because. HELP?!?!

i think you should go to the gym and burn it of or get a helth trainer to help with your eating scheual i used to overeat bt no i just eat when i am hungry lol good luck
