My boyfriend and I live together. We've been together for 6 years. We finally moved in together 8 months ago. Well, he went to stay at his parents place for the weekend, and I just found out he won't be back until 11 pm tonight. I'm really upset by this. I love our weekends together, so far we haven't been together at all this weekend. I'm not mad, just bummed out.

but everyone was right.. it's just one weekend.. you get him all the time. and you'll have him next weekend.
i don't think that you're overreacting.
tell him you missed him.. but don't make an issue of the fact that he was gone. everyone needs time away sometimes. it could be misconstrued as clinginess or, worse, control issues.
nobody wants that.

lol, I know. My boyfriend was SO clingy in the beginning, and now he has mad me like that. I'm so excited. (He'll be home soon!)
