I currently have brown hair with a yellow blonde underneath.
How do I get the blonde to become white blonde? Is dying it the best option?
I was told a toner would make it more blonde but would that affect my other dyed hair.
Also i want my brown hair to become black. How do i stop the dye from running onto my blonde hair?
Do the hairdressers accept you bringing in a packet dye and paying them to dye it for you?
Also.. sorri.. it's a bit long.. i want to dye part of my blonde hair, another colour. Maybe blue. my hair is an inch below shoulder length
What are your thoughts? Would it look good or bad?

Go to a hairdresser. Get them to bleach the yellow blonde, and dye it a different shade if necessary. And maybe use foils to stop the dye going onto your blonde? Mine accepted the dye I bought (I bought it coz they didnt have pink dye) but they make sure it's safe to use. Anyway, it's better to get one from the hairdressers... it's better quality and they usually have a good selection.

yeah i would agree that salon dye would be better than paket dye, well in my experience anyway, when i had my done professionally, it faded less quickly lasted longer and the colour kept its shine, then i used packet and it didnt last as long. And i also agree about foils, it will separate your hair and allow for the strands you want to be dyed the shade you want without risking it mixing while developing with the other bits of hair :)
