These are stuff that I'm sure I'd feel awkward to deal with, what about you? How would you deal with them?
1. You're a stocker in retail and you come across an aisle with 2 people beating each other up. You're the only employee there.
2. You're working in a small store as a cashier. If someone outside peaks inside, they can only see you as the worker. He gives you the finger before running away into the street.
3. This one could be kind of more random and weird. You're working in retail and you come across an aisle with a family on the floor having a picnic...

1 - call security 2 - laugh 3 - explain politely that they can't do that. ask them to leave. keep asking, call my boss and if they didn't leave, i'd call security and have them removed. :)

I would just ignore. I had worse things done to me than someone showing me their middle finger.
