anyone know how to make things work on msn messenger?

For the last three days, I've been trying to sign into messenger and everytime I try to I get a message that says "Signing into Windows Live Messenger failed because the service is temprarily unavailable. Please try again later. Error code: 81000395"

I've checked the service status, and it says theres nothing wrong. I've done everything I can do and it still won't work. It's pissing me off.
What the fuck am i supposed to do to get it to let me sign in?

Try re-installing MSN.
If that doesn't work perhaps you could download a different version, maybe there's some sort of compatibility issue with the most current version.

If all else fails and you need to go on MSN.
Just use an online MSN website.

Users over diffrent forums across the globe with Windows Live Messenger 8.1 are reporting to experience sign-in problems with error code 81000395.
Most likely as the build is too much buggy, Microsoft is restricting access to managed beta testes only.
Currently the only solution i found is to downgrade to WLM 8.0.0812.
WLM 8.1 doesnt give you much of usefull addtional feaures and is extremely unstable. So you wont be missing much anyways.

mine did that last year and i just restarted my connection and it worked. the internet can work just fine but msn wont
