I want to become a teacher for the simple fact i like helping people out. I want to help kids find an easier way of learning things so it will stick with them where ever they go. Also i want to become a teacher because my teachers were crappy and i couldn't remember nothing so when i asked for help the would get annoyed. I want to be that one teacher that will go out of his way to make a difference in every student that needs it. is this a good reason to become one?

My friend is a NY High-School Teacher and he thinks that it's a great reason to become a teacher. Not so much about sticking it in the face of your old teachers, but that you want to help, make a difference and enjoy learning. I agree. :-D
