And yes I do realise that everyone is probably going to despise me because I'm dragging this argument out FAR more than necessary.

As I was saying, the trouble with clothing in America is that you have NO HIGHSTREET SHOPS.

[NB I have never been to America, this is my impression from this forum and movies, so correct me if I'm wrong].

In the US it's Walmart or A&F. Nothing in between.

Why?

Why must it be either cheap tat or overpriced clothes with 'HOLLISTER' emblazoned across the front?

Look: http://www.topshop.com

A highstreet shop, where are the brand names on the clothing? Nope, there are none.

That is what you're missing in America.

So stop moaning about conformity and get off you arse and create some highstreet fashions.

Because you're an idiot who has never been to America.

You clearly shouldn't talk about shit you know nothing about.

We do have "highstreet fashions", I believe.

It all depends on the area you live in. I'm not exactly sure what highstreet fashions are, but I think you're referring to boutiques?

Where I live, all we have are boutiques, or Armani and Guess stores.

edti: whoops, I guess I misunderstood. I thought you meant BETTER clothing that Abercrombie and Fitch.

You're stupid. I have been to America and Canada, they have huge malls with a whole bunch of stores. They have better stores than us, their fashion is better. Everything. UK sucks ass for clothes, infact, all of the jeans I own I bought from America and Canada.
