a few weeks ago i starved myself. i skipped meals and threw up everything i ate, and no one noticed anything. and i lost like 5 pounds. it would have been more but exercising made me gain muscle. then at my sister's birthday party i kinda stopped for the day. i couldn't get to the bathroom with all the people over, but i couldn't just not eat all day because my parents would notice. so i decided i would eat that day and then get right back to what i was doing. that didn't happen. and i started eating normally again and just eating a lot of negative calorie foods. well now i've gained 10 pounds and i'm pissed as hell and i just never want to eat again. fuck being healthy. i want to be THIN! and it scares the shit out of me that i think like that.

the "healthy" way worked for me, surprisingly. i used to throw up after meals and what not, starving myself to become thinner. i noticed that if i even ate a little bit after that, i would gain weight very quickly. I said to myself that i would exercise extremely hard and eat the right foods. that was okay for about a few days until i couldn't take all the workouts. from there i didn't exercise as much. all i did was pushups and situps every other day before bed, or after a heavy meal. i ran/jogged around once a week and, because i love sports, i played basketball and soccer quite alot. let me tell you, sports slim you down FAST. i still watch what i eat, and sometimes cave in for high calorie, high fat foods. anyways, point is, instead of forcing yourself to throw up, become more active and watch what you eat. it's more "healthy" and more effective than throwing up and starving yourself
