hello everyone
okay it been like 4 month since last time i worked out because i broke my hand in motorbike accident :( n i had a lot of triable bt its almost fain now the important thing is i want start workout again so i am thinking on GYM and swimming plus sona for the fat :( wt u think n anyone have any kind of diet i want get my muscle bk :( cuz i lost them so any help or idea ????
