I don't know the legality of it if you were underage. But I'm pretty sure if you were looking at it on an adults computer and they tracked it, whoever owned the computer would probably get into some serious shit. But I really don't know.

I think the law says that it is pedophilia is the child is pre puibescent. The offender also has to be 5 years older than the victim.In the case of CP I think whoever owned the computer would be charged, not the viewer.
