The websites contain a lot of information that much of the general public doesn't know. Such as where their precious pet store puppies come from, and what their money goes to supporting.
I've sent them, and pamphlets, to plenty of people thinking of supporting places like that and they have since changed their mind, and gone to a better source for their animal than a pet store.

Education does in fact make a difference.
