yea sims suck... try using other virtual worlds like Gaia, Rocketon, Secondlife...

I wish I had that game, I'm a Sims freak. You should uninstall it then reinstall it, yes you'll have to play all over again, but it's worth it. After reinstalling it restart your computer. take the CD out first, and clean it.
