there is this guy who lives near my house who I have seen around several times. He has approached me before for my number and i couldnt give it to him because i was in a relationship and I still am. But we did eventually exchange numbers and we went for a walk one time. I told him i was only interested in him as friends and he said ok. However after that he never called me back. When I call him his phone goes directly to answering machine (which means his phone is off or something). This has been happening for about a week. Do you think hes just not interested anymore or there is simply something wrong with his phone?????

but i saw him outside after that and he seemed fine. He even said that he WOULD call me later. but he never did.

up to now he still hasnt called and i havent seen him in order for me to ask what is going on. His phone is still goin to answering machine automatically. He probably forgot all about me right??
