Look up titin on wikipedia. has just under 120,000 letters in it's name. It's as much a word as yours

 It's not because it's a disease they discounted it, because otherwise the full chemical name of titin would be the longest word.

It's in the dictionary. Don't believe me look on wikipedia

But the point is, it's the longest word they have in the dictionary, there are longer technical words.
