My Monitor, (IBM, 21") is  freaking out and I don't know why.

Last night I was on until about 3am, which is nothing new to me, and then I try to sign on this morning and the image on the screen is constantly shaking up and down.  It's not like its barely doing it and its manageable, its to the point where its hard to see what I'm typing, (mind any typos)  I restarted the computer, turned on and turned off the monitor, checked the connections (on both ends) and nothing helps.  Any ideas on why its doing this?

Do you have a cell phone, TV, radio, anything like that near the monitor?  If so, try moving it away.

Could also be your video card driver.  You can try updating it.

Try plugging it into a different computer, that should tell you if it's a video card issue or the monitor itself has issues.
