I have an idea, bear with me on this.
Heath ledger never actually died. He just faked his own death to get more hype for the movie. At the Oscars they will be picking the Best Actor award, and right before he says who it is the lights will dim down, he'll walk up and grab the award, and lights will turn back on and he will say "Why so serious?"

I didn't think what that poster said was funny at all. He accidently overdosed..it's not like he did it on purpose or intentionally.
And I'm not being ignorant of his death..I know he died, I knew he died back in January.

Eh, I think the award should actually go to someone that's alive, so they can appreciate it.

Then he can get another award, in his honour.

i definitely don't agree. i think he should get the award. it would be beyond bittersweet for everyone, including himself watching from up above (if you believe in that sort of thing, of course). That movie drove him insane, to the point where he killed himself. I don't believe any other actor has taken a role so seriously before that they locked themselves in a closet for 2 months prior to the shooting popping pills just to be the 'perfect' joker. Heath always wanted to impress, and this was his last shot. By god, he impressed.

Heath deserves an oscar.
